Benton-Franklin Council of Governments

Local intergovernmental agency website & logo.

It has been a distinct pleasure helping the Benton-Franklin Council of Governments to modernize their logo and website.

Business Card for Executive Director Brian Malley

Their original website was developed in 2001, and was in dire need of an upgrade. To this end, I set them up on WordPress, and built them a brand-new logo and associative branding. The Cable Bridge was especially fitting, as it links the counties they serve — something their team aspires to do every day.

Krehbiel.co

Responsive Consulting Services Site

One of my first projects involved learning about responsive templates for the web’s most popular platforms.  This led me to installing WordPress on my own domain and customizing a responsive template based on the bootstrap framework. The resulting site provides a wide breadth of design options on a quality content management system.

Creating things for myself has always been a challenge. I finally settled on a logo that fits the iconic mouse cursor into the letter ‘k’. The horizontal split is an attempt to emphasize the negative space created by mirroring the mouse cursor shape into the illuminated top half. With the amount of time I spend pushing around a mouse cursor to create my work, it’s a fitting design for my consulting efforts.

Hydrology Northwest, Inc.

Premier Hydrological Services Consultants

After creating their first website in 2013, it was time to give Hydrology Northwest Inc. an update.

Their new website is still based on the popular Joomla platform, but has been upgraded to a responsive template that looks fabulous on any device; from cell phones and tablets to regular old desktop computers. It’s a terrific upgrade over their original site — one that should serve them well for quite some time.
